Motion carried with CM De La Rosa and CM Suchil absent. Motion/second by Mayor Pro Tempore Mitchell/CM Toro to approve and adopt Resolution No. R-1 12-08. CITY MANAGER ORAL REPORTS: City Manager Parrish addressed concerns expressed by Mr. Espudo who is a Utilities Commissioner regarding the single audit and year end closing of books. The response to question on the timing is that a standard audit is done in November and needs to be completed in December 31st.
