SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY <br />AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />JOINED WITH THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />JUNE 24, 2008 <br />A Special Meeting of the City Council/Redevelopment Agency/Colton Utility Authority <br />Joined with the Planning commission of the City of Colton was held at 6:11 p.m., on the <br />above -given date in the Council Chambers, 650 N. La Cadena Drive, Colton, CA 92324 <br />with Mayor Chastain presiding. Notice of Special Meeting was given on May 6, 2008, in <br />compliance with Government Code Section 54956. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Suchil, Oliva, Toro, Mayor Pro Tempore Mitchell and <br />Mayor Chastain. Also present were City Manager Parrish, City Attorney Shane and <br />Chief Deputy City Clerk Flores. <br />Absent: CM Yzaguirre and CM De La Rosa. <br />ROLL CALL PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />Commissioners present were Perez, Archuleta, Prieto, Perez III, Arrieta and <br />Chairperson Ramirez. Also present was Community Development Director Zamora <br />Absent: Commissioner Kitchen <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: <br />The following citizens addressed the council: None <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING <br />OF JUNE 24, 2008. <br />Mayor Chastain asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a <br />conflict of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030.
