CITY OF COLTON <br />COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES <br />JUNE 16, 2008 <br />A Special Meeting of the City Council/Redevelopment Agency/Colton Utility Authority of <br />the City of Colton was held at 6:00 p.m., on the above -given date in the Council <br />Chambers, 650 N. La Cadena Drive, Colton, CA 92324 with Mayor Chastain presiding. <br />Notice of Special Meeting was given on May 6, 2008, in compliance with Government <br />Code Section 54956. <br />Rnl i rAl i <br />Councilmembers present were, Suchil, Mitchell, Oliva, Yzaguirre, and Mayor Chastain. <br />Also present were City Manager Parrish, City Attorney Martinez and Chief Deputy City <br />Clerk Flores. <br />Absent: CM Toro and CM De La Rosa. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: <br />The following citizens addressed the council: None <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING <br />OF JANUARY 16, 2008. <br />Mayor Chastain asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a <br />conflict of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Said Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of studying and or taking action on the <br />following matters: <br />City Attorney Martinez announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to <br />discuss Item B, Item A would not be discussed at this time. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A.
