CITY OF COLTON <br />COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES <br />MAY 14, 2008 <br />A Special Meeting of the City Council/Redevelopment Agency/Colton Utility Authority of <br />the City of Colton was held at 6:00 p.m., on the above -given date in the Council <br />Chambers of City Hall, located at 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton, California Mayor <br />Chastain presiding. Notice of Special Meeting was given on May 8, 2008, in compliance <br />with Government Code Section 54956. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Mitchell, Oliva, Yzaguirre, and Mayor Chastain. Also <br />present were City Manager Parrish, and City Clerk Padilla. <br />Absent: CM Suchil and CM Toro. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: <br />The following citizens addressed the council: None <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING <br />OF MAY 14, 2008. <br />Mayor Chastain asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a <br />conflict of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Said Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of studying and or taking action on the <br />following matters: <br />Budget Workshop: To discuss the Proposed Expenditure Plans for Fiscal Year <br />2008/2009 for the Redevelopment Agency. <br />City Manager Parrish introduced the item for discussion beginning with a preliminary <br />overview of the projects in and around the Redevelopment Agency Project areas and <br />pinpointed on a map display for each project, allowing for easy reference for the <br />Councilmember's present and staff. <br />➢ West Valley Project Area <br />➢ Agua Mansa Project Area <br />➢ Pellisier Ranch Project Area <br />➢ Water/Wastewater System Improvements <br />➢ Senior Housing Project <br />2008 MAY 14 SPC CC/RDA/CUA MEETING - 1 - <br />r • .nnc ■ .r-.. r�r.+r rr.nnr••rr...r...+...� <br />
