CITY OF COLTON <br />COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES <br />SEPTEMBER 10, 2008 <br />A Special Meeting of the City Council/Redevelopment Agency/Colton Utility Authority of <br />the City of Colton was held at 5:15 p.m., on the above -given date in the Council <br />Chambers, 650 N. La Cadena Drive, Colton, CA 92324 with Mayor Chastain presiding. <br />Notice of Special Meeting was given on September 9, 2008, in compliance with <br />Government Code Section 54956. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Mitchell, Oliva, Yzaguirre, Toro, and Mayor Chastain. <br />Also present were City Manager Parrish, Geralyn Skapik, Special Counsel and City <br />Clerk Padilla. <br />Councilmembers De La Rosa and Suchil absent. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: <br />The following citizens addressed the council: None <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING <br />OF SEPTEMBER 10, 2008. <br />Mayor Chastain asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a <br />conflict of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Said Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of studying and or taking action on the <br />following matters: <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to <br />discuss Item A and B. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A.
