POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />APRIL 21, 2009. <br />Mayor Chastain asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict of <br />interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />AB 1234 ORAL REPORTS: <br />Mayor Chastain asked the members present if there were any brief reports on meetings attended <br />at the expense of the city. (GC Section 53232.3(d)) None by members present. <br />Mayor Chastain announced her attendance at the League of California Cities, Sacramento, CA <br />Propositions on the Ballot, Upcoming Election, Perchlorate, I 10 Pepper Interchange. <br />APPOINTMENTS: <br />CitY Commissions & Committees; Regional Boards & Committees <br />District 4 - CM Oliva presented for ratification the appointment of Nichole Alvarez to the Utilities <br />Commission. <br />Motion and second CM Bennett/Yzaguirre to ratify the appointment of Nichole Alvarez.
