Gomez, City Clerk <br />Recognition Police Chief acknowledged Police Officer Michael Mc Coy who officially <br />became an Attorney. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />JUNE 16,2009. <br />Mayor Chastain asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict of <br />interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. <br />AB 1234 ORAL REPORTS: <br />Mayor Chastain attended League of California Cities Budget Days in Sacramento. <br />SCAG in Lake Arrowhead, CA <br />APPOINTMENTS: <br />City Commissions & Committees; Regional Boards & Committees <br />At Large — Mayor Chastain presented for ratification the appointment of Patricia Pierce to the <br />Civil Service Commission. <br />Motion/second Mayor Pro Tempore Oliva/CM Perez to ratify the appointment of Patiricia Pierce to <br />the Civil Service Commission.
