Presentation Mayor Chastain introduced Rex Skonberg, C.P.M., President of the <br />California Association of Public Purchasing Officers, Inc. (CAPPO), <br />provided a brief overview on the 2008 Achievement of Excellence in <br />Procurement(k Award presented to Central Services <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />MARCH 17,2009. <br />Mayor Chastain asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict of <br />interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030.
