La Cadena Drive, Colton, CA 92324 with Mayor <br />Chastain presiding. Notice of Special Meeting was given on June 22, 2009, in compliance with <br />Government Code Section 54956. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Perez, Yzaguirre, Mayor Pro Tempore Oliva and Mayor <br />Chastain.
