CITY OF COLTON <br />COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES <br />March 7, 2009 <br />A Special Meeting of the City Council/Redevelopment Agency/Colton Utility Authority of the City <br />of Colton was held at 8:45 a.m., on the above -given date in the Arrowhead Regional Medical <br />Center, Oak Room, 400 North Pepper Avenue, Colton, CA 92324 with Mayor Chastain <br />presiding. Notice of Special Meeting was given on March 3, 2009, in compliance with <br />Government Code Section 54956. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Council Members present were, Perez, Bennett (arrived at 9:08 a.m.), Oliva, Yzaguirre, De La <br />Rosa, Toro, and Mayor Chastain. Also present were City Manager Parrish, City Attorney <br />Derleth and City Clerk Gomez. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: <br />The following citizens addressed the council: Kirk Larson, Linda Tripp, john Anaya, Kathy Davis, <br />Fred Cordova, Ron Lawrence, Tricia Pierce, Ray Abril and Mark Anthony Quezada. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />March 7, 2009. <br />Mayor Chastain asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict <br />of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Said Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of studying and or taking action on the following <br />matters: <br />I.
