Motion carried with CM Yzaguirre voting "NO" and CM <br />Bennett absent. <br />(7) Consideration of Placing a Ballot Measure on the November 2, 2010 General Election to <br />Extend the Existing Utility Users' Tax. <br />The following citizens spoke against this item: Linda Tripp and Gary Grossich. <br />Motion and second by CM Yzaguirre/Oliva to approve staff's recommendation.
