Motion and second by CM Yzaguirre/CM Perez to approve and adopt Resolution Nos. R-34-10, <br />R-35-10, R-36-10 and R-37-10. Motion failed with CM Yzaguirre, CM Oliva, CM Perez and <br />Mayor Chastain voting "Yes"; and Mayor Pro Tempore Toro, CM De La Rosa and CM Bennett <br />voting "NO". <br />City Attorney Derleth clarified that it was a failure on the motion as this motion required five <br />"YES" votes out of seven. <br />Mayor Chastain announced that the following item required action by Mayor Pro Tempore Toro <br />and Council Members Oliva, Perez and De La Rosa. Mayor Chastain, CM Yzaguirre, CM <br />Bennett stepped down from the dais, and Mayor Pro Tempore Toro conducted the remainder of <br />the meeting. <br />(12) Approve and Adopt a Resolution Designating Redevelopment Survey Area Boundaries <br />Regarding Potentially adding Territory to the Proposed Colton Merged Redevelopment <br />Project or for Independent Redevelopment, RESOLUTION NO. R-59-10. <br />Motion and second by CM Oliva/CM De La Rosa, to approve and adopt Resolution No. R-59- <br />10.
