He announced that Council would be returning to Closed Session on Item A at the close of the meeting, and Item B was not discussed. There was reportable action on Item D with unanimous consent, with Council Members Bennett and Yzaguirre being absent from discussion. City Attorney Derleth announced that discussion ensued regarding the settlement of those related cases and that copies would be available when finalized and fully executed. The reportable action on Item C was that settlements were finalized with the County and Zimbelli since the last meeting and that copies would be available when finalized and fully executed from the City Attorney.
