APPOINTMENTS: City Commissions & Committees; Regional Boards & Committees Designation of Voting delegate and alternate for the League of California Cities Annual Conference, September 15 -17, 2010, San Diego, CA. CM Yzaguirre volunteered to participate as designee. Motion and second by CM Bennett/Mayor Pro Tempore Toro, to designate CM Yzaguirre as voting delegate and CM Perez as alternate. Motion carried with CM Oliva/De La Rosa absent. PUBLIC COMMENT The following citizens addressed the council: Pastor Bob Johnson MAYOR AND COUNCIL ORAL REPORTS AND COMMENTS: Councilmembers announced various activities throughout the community. CITY TREASURER'S REPORTS • Receive and File City Treasurer's Report for May 2010. City Treasurer De La Torre presented the report for the council consideration and approval to receive and file the May 2010 report. It was a consensus of the Council to receive and file the City Treasurer's Report. CONSENT CALENDAR Acting City Manager Johnson presented Consent Calendar Items No. (s) 1 thru 11. (2) Warrants — Approved Payable Warrants #115540 to 4115713, Dated 5/20/10, Totaling $2,343,446.81; Payable Warrants #115714 to #115881, Dated 5/27/10, Totaling $1,556,942.45; Payable Warrants #115970 to #116095, Dated 6/10/10, Totaling $1,427,036.31; Payroll Disbursement Listing for 5/29/10 to 6/11/10, Totaling $684,883.28, and Payroll Disbursement Listing for 6/12/10 to 6/25/10, Totaling $795,495.13 on File in the Finance Department.
