(4) Set Public Hearin for or July 20, 2010 — Approved Request to Set a Public Hearing for July 20, 2010 to Adopt a Resolution Approving the Basic Fee for Storm Water Services and Storm Water Management User Fee as Provided for in Chapter 14.01 of the Colton Municipal Code. (5) Naming of Facility - Approved and Adopted a Resolution, Naming the Northeastern -most Ball Field in the Newly -Constructed Sports Complex at Veteran's Park "Gabe Castorena Field." RESOLUTION NO. R-30-10. Motion and second by CM Yzaguirre/Oliva to approve and adopt Resolution naming the northeastern most ball field in the newly constructed sports complex at Veteran's Park "Gabe Castorena". Unanimous vote. Mr. Stephen Wall read and presented certificate of recognition in honor of Gabe Castorena from Congressman Baca's office. BUSINESS ITEMS (6) Support Resolution/Blue Mountain Park - Approve and Adopt a Resolution Supporting the Concept of a Public Park on the Site of Blue Mountain, RESOLUTION NO. R-31-10. The following citizens addressed the council: Mike Williams requested additional information on the future plans and impact on residents of the area. Motion and second by CM Yzaguirre/Bennett to approve and adopt Resolution supporting the concept of a public park on the site of Blue Mountain. Unanimous vote.
