PUBLIC HEARING <br />(13) Five Year Implementation Plan <br />This was the Time And Place Fixed To Consider A Public Hearing Regarding The 2010-2014 <br />Five -Year Implementation Plan For The Cooley Ranch, Santa Ana River, West Valley, <br />Rancho/Mill, Mt. Vernon Corridor, Downtown 1 and Downtown 2 Redevelopment Project <br />Areas. <br />Mayor Chastain declared the Public Hearing Open. <br />City Clerk Gomez announced that the Affidavit of Publication for the public hearing was on file <br />in the City Clerk's office and no protests or objections have been received. <br />Staff presented the Colton Redevelopment Project Areas with representatives from Urban <br />Futures, Inc. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />The following citizens addressed the Council on this item: Frank Gonzales, Cynthia Ramirez. <br />Motion/second by CM Yzaguirre/Perez to close the public hearing. Unanimous Vote. <br />Motion/second by CM Yzaguirre/Perez to approve and adopt Agency Resolution No. 886. <br />Unanimous vote. <br />BUSINESS ITEMS <br />(14) Agreement with San Bernardino Associated Governments - Approved Cooperative <br />Agreements between the City of Colton and San Bernardino Associated Governments for <br />the Laurel Street Grade Separation Project and 9th Street Rail Relocation Project. <br />CM Oliva recused herself from discussion on this item due to a conflict because of her <br />relationship with Union Pacific. <br />Motion/second by CM Yzaguirre /De La Rosa to approve and adopt.
