Gomez, City Clerk Aurelio De LaTorre, City Treasurer CEREMONIAL MATTERS Presentations, Awards, Proclamations Presentation Mayor Chastain introduced Police Officer Vega and Community Service Officer Chavez who read and presented certificates of recognition to the Colton P.A.L. Girls Softball Team as follows: Serinna Alvarado, Erin Campos, Emily Campos, Michelle Chavez, Rae Chavez, Ilene Ducoing, Courtnee Laughlin, Miranda Powles, Lauren Salazar, Marcilena Valenzuela. CHS Varsity Softball Coach Joe Montes and Assistant Coach Jerry Chavez, were recognized and assisted with the presentation. The team was recognized for taking the championship in the 16 and under division at California PAL's l't Annual "Fall Ball" Girls Fast pitch Softball Tournament on September I 1'h and 12 1h , 2010 in Vacaville, CA.
