Community Services Director Smith provided a brief PowerPoint presentation on the Five -Year Strategic Plan for the Community Services Department. Motion and second by Council Member Bennett/Council Member Oliva. So moved by Mayor with unanimous vote. CITY MANAGER COMMENTS City Manager Foster provided brief comments on the following: • Cancellation of Council Meeting of November 2, 2010. Next regular meeting is scheduled for November 16, 2010.
