Also in attendance was City Manager Rod Foster. <br />APPOINTMENTS - None. <br />City Commissions & Committees; Regional Boards & Committees <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />The following citizens addressed the Council: Dan Flores and Frances Vasquez, Patricia Pierce, <br />Christina Irish -Re, Andy Axelrod, Raymond Roa, Jose Olivar, and Tony Morales. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ORAL REPORTS AND COMMENTS <br />Council Members announced various activities throughout the community. <br />CITY TREASURER'S REPORTS <br />Receive and File City Treasurer's Report for July 2010. <br />City Treasurer De La Torre presented the report for the Council consideration and approval to <br />receive and file the July 2010 report. <br />It was a consensus of the Council to receive and file the City Treasurer's Report. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />City Manager Foster presented Consent Calendar Items No. (s) 1 thru 7. <br />The following citizens addressed the Council: Arlan White gave comments on Item No. 7. <br />Motion and second by CM Yzaguirre/CM De La Rosa. Motion carried with CM Bennett being <br />absent. <br />(1) Minutes — Approved Minutes for the City Council Special Meetings held on March 22, <br />2010 and March 29, 2010. Also approved were Minutes for the City Council Regular <br />Meeting held on September 7, 2010, all on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Warrants — Approved Payable Warrants #116866 to #117064, Dated 7/29/10, Totaling <br />$1,726,603.03; Payable Warrants #117065 to #117143, Dated 8/4/10, Totaling <br />$1,992,780.20; Payroll Disbursement Listing for 8/7/10 to 8/20/10, Totaling $700,478.23, <br />on File in the Finance Department. <br />(3) Arrowhead Regional Medical Services — Approved Request to Authorized Execution of a <br />Professional Services Agreement with the County of San Bernardino — Arrowhead <br />Regional Medical Services for Law Enforcement Services. <br />2010 SEP 21 REG CC/RDA/CUA MEETING - 3 - <br />
