PUBLIC COMMENT: <br />The following citizens addressed the council: Frank Gonzales, Gary Grossich, Jose Olivar, Tony <br />Morales and Stan Stocil. <br />Motion and second by CM Yzaguirre/Perez to approve and adopt RESOLUTION NOS. R-32-10, <br />AGENCY RESOLUTION NO. 884, CUA RESOLUTION NO. CUA 2010-02, AND <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-33-10. Motion carried with CM De La Rosa, Oliva and Bennett voting <br />"NO". <br />(2) Consider Adoption of Resolutions Placing a Ballot Measure on the November 2, 2010 <br />General Election to Extend and Update the Existing Utility User Tax, RESOLUTION NOS. R- <br />34-10, R-35-10, R-36-10 AND R-37-10. <br />City Manager Foster presented the staff report which is on file in the City Clerk's Office. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: <br />The following citizens addressed the council: Robert Rudgeford <br />Motion and second by CM Yzaguirre/Oliva to approve and adopt RESOLUTION NOS. R-34-10, <br />R-35-10, R-36-10 AND R-37-10. <br />Motion by CM De La Rosa to continue the item to the next Regular Council Meeting, Tuesday <br />June 15, 2010. <br />City Attorney Derleth explained that under the Brown Act a telephone meeting can be <br />conducted, it should included posting the agenda at the location and setting up of a public area <br />for the meeting. <br />Substitute motion and second by CM Yzaguirre/Oliva to continue to June 15, 2010. Motion <br />carried with Mayor Pro Tempore Toro and Bennett voting "NO" <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />At 9:08 p.m., with consensus of Council, Mayor Chastain declared the Special Meeting <br />adjourned. <br />Eileen C.
