provided in the Lease. <br />b) Adams shall make a second prepayment of rent in <br />the amount of $80,000 when the initial advertising <br />copy appears on all of the sign faces of the <br />Billboard sign structures to be constructed during <br />the second phase of construction, but not later <br />than one year after the issuance of all necessary <br />permits, including CUPs, variances and <br />encroachment permits to begin construction of the <br />second five outdoor sign structures, as provided <br />in the Lease. <br />C) Adams shall, after consultation with the City, <br />select and make available so long as the Lease is <br />in effect for use by the City, two sign faces., one <br />of which shall be located along the Interstate 215 <br />freeway and the other of which shall be located <br />along another major freeway in the Inland Empire. <br />d) The sign face along the Interstate 215 freeway <br />shall be made available at the completion of the <br />first phase of sign construction. The second sign <br />face shall be made available concurrently with the <br />second prepayment of rent under the Lease. <br />-3- <br />
