Section II. The duties of the Waterz and Light Collector shall be as follows; He shall have charge of the distr3bution of the water and scull distribute the same anions the irrigators in regular turns and in the manner and in amounts to get the beat use and service with the head of water at his command. He scull at all times have access to the motors and other measuring appuratt5s of the City or of any individual using City water and may require any person to rake proper repairs to his meter or measuring arpuratus, and shall keep the City measuring appuratus in good shape and as near accurate as the same dan be kept. He shall read all nater meters each month and keep a record of the readings, and shall repert to the Clerk said readings, and other records of the crater used by users in time to allow the Clerk to make out the bills for the month. He scull receipt the Clerk each month for the collection sheet or list and shall return all rebate receipts, Treasurers receipts, and delinquent list to the Clerk for credit or. his account. The delinquent list scall be made in full each month and shall be incorporated in a monthly report to be made to the Foard of Trustees lie shell upon receipt of the collection list from the Clerk proceed to collect the same, and shall pay the collection to the Treasurer Of the City and take hie receipt fir the same. cry Het shall also enforce the provisions of/ -,any other Ordinance of the City of Colton relating to the collection of water and light bills.
