ORDINANCE N0, 271 An ordinance of the City of Col- I ton, fixing the rate and levy- ing the property tax for the fiscal year 1911. The board of trustees of the City of Colton, do ordain as follows. Section 1. There is levied upon all taxable property within tie City of Colton, County of San Bernardino, State of California, a property tax for the fiscal year as follows: For the general fund, which shall include street funds, loo cents upon each One Hundred Dollars of said property, For the library fund, 15 cents upon each One Hundred Dollars of said property. For the Municipal Improvement bonded indebtedness, for the electric . light improvement bonded indebted- ness, for the refunding bonded indeb- tedness, for the municipal improve- ment sewer bonded indebtedness, 95 cents upon each One Hundred Dollars of said property. See. 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its adoption, Sec. 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance, and cause the same to be published once in the Colton Chronicle, R. J. MARTIN President of the Board of Trustees. Attest: N.
