The said polling places have been found and are hereby <br />determined and declared to be suitable and proper places for <br />holding such special election, and said several persons have been <br />found and are hereby determined and declared to be found qualified <br />for such respective positions as required by law; and they are <br />hereby appointed such election officers to conduct such election <br />and to constitute such Board of Election, and said Board of Elect- <br />ion and said. officers shall conduct and are hereby directed to <br />conduct said election as by law and in this ordinance provided, and <br />to canvassthe votes given and cast at said special election, and <br />to make and deliver returns thereof to the City Clerk of said City <br />and it is further ordered that said Board of Trustees shall neet <br />at the City Hall on the fourth day after said election, exclusive <br />of holidays, at seven -thirty o'clock P. Y. of said day and proceed <br />to canvass the election returns and declare the result. <br />Section IV. Said election and voting thereat shall be <br />by ballot; said ballots shall be prepared, printed, and distributed <br />as prescribed by law. Each ballot used in said election must have <br />printed thereon, in addition to any other matter required by <br />law, a copy of the proposed ordinance as Net out in Section I of <br />this ordinance, with the word "Yes" and "No" printed at the right <br />of the proposed ordinance, together with blank spaces for the <br />stamping of the ballot. <br />Section V.
