The Board of Trustees of the City of Colton do ordain as follows: Section I. The following described portion of I.Tweltfh street shall be and is hereby vacated and closed, towit: Beginning at the south property line of C street and extending to the north property line of E street, excepting therefrom the intersection of Twelfth street and D street and Twelfth street and Colton avenue.
