Section 111. No vehicle of any kind,;hall be driven or propelled over the public streets or alleys in that portion of the City of Lolton ZAST of TMiTH street; NORTH of "D" street; WMTST of MOND street; an-, SOUTH of *NO street,at a greater speed than (20) twenty miles per hour. And no Vehicle of any rind shall be operated,or driven on on the public streets or alleys,within the district bounded by said streets,at a greater speed than (15) fifteen miles per hour. Bectlon.lV. That all persons in riding,driving or fading any animals Q or running or operating any Automobile,Motor Cycle,Bicycle, 3 on any public street of the City of Colton, shall, in passing from the right hand side of any street,to the opposite side of any cross street,pass to the right of the center of the str street intersection. Section V. That all vehicles of every kind Shall be stopped on the right hand side of the street or alley,and shall not be stopped within (12) twelve feet of any fire hydrent,or curb corner, of the city of Colton. The right hand or left hand side of public streets and alleys shall be determined by the direction in which any animal, person,or Vehicle is travelin g,or the direction in which it Is headed. I Section Yl. So vehicle of any kind,shall be left standing on the public streets or alleys of the City of Colton,in the night time Without having the lights ,hereinbefore provided for, properly lighted.
