EXISTING REGULATION <br />Ordinance 964 c. v <br />Article XIV (� IL `S <br />Section 1405 <br />TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION BUILDINGS <br />Temporary structures for the housing of tools and <br />equipment or containing supervisory offices in connection with <br />major construction projects may be established and maintained <br />during the progress of such construction on such projects; pro- <br />vided that such temporary structure may not be maintained for a <br />period exceeding one (1) year. <br />PROPOSED AMENDMENT <br />Ordinance 964 <br />Article XIV <br />Section 1405 - By adding the following paragraph; <br />Mobile homes or mobile offices may be permitted upon <br />-7L a <br />written,request to the City Council.
