ORDINANCE NO. 1416 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 964, AS AMENDED, AND PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN ZONE RECLASSIFICATIONS. BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Colton as follows: SECTION ONE: The City Council finds and declares. 1. Tnat a public hearing has duly and legally held by the Plan- ning Commission of the City of Colton on oneZone toDa trio Amendment app end Sections 303 and 304 of Ordinance No. 964, as amended. 2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the adoption of the proposed amendment and the ,one reclassification of certain parcels of land in accordance with and pursuant to said application. 3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended action ap- propriately shown and for con- venience is reference indexed on maps numbered as follows: a Map No. 48179 and 481710 Change an M 1 zone to an R 1 zone, Index No. A-4 72. 4. That a public hearing has been the City duly and legally held Council on the aforesaid recom- mendation of the Planning Com- mission. SECTION TWO: The zone above reclassification herei referred to is hereby approved and the Planning Director is hereby directed to amend the Official Zoning Maps of the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance No. 1323 in accordance herewith to show said approval and certify to the same. SECTION THREE: Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in force and effective thirty (30) days after final passage. SECTION to the passage OUR: The lyClerk of this shall certify o ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once i the Colton Courier, a weekly newspaper, hereby designated for the purpose.
