<br />of the said County, being duly sworn, deposes
<br />and says:

<br />mentioned was a citizen of the United States, over
<br />the age of twenty-one years, and that .___ ._he

<br />of the printer of the Colton Courier, a newspaper
<br />of general circulation, printed and published in
<br />the City of Colton, State of California, County of
<br />San Bernardino, and which newspaper is published
<br />for the dissemination of local news and intelli-
<br />gence of a general character, and which newspaper
<br />at all the times herein mentioned had and still
<br />has a bona fide subscription list of paying sub-
<br />scribers, and which newspaper has been estab-
<br />lished, printed and published at regular intervals
<br />in the said City of Colton, State of California,
<br />County of San Bernardino, for a period exceeding
<br />one year next preceding the date of publication of
<br />the notice hereinafter referred to; and which news-
<br />paper is not devoted to nor published for the in-
<br />terests, entertainment or instruction of a particular
<br />class, profession, trade, calling, race, or denomin-
<br />ation, or any number of same; that the notice, of
<br />which the annexed is a printed copy, has been
<br />published in each regular and entire issue of said
<br />newspaper and not in any supplement thereof on

<br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE
<br />CITY OF COLTON, AMEN-
<br />DING ORDINANCE NO. 964, AS
<br />AMENDED, AND PROVIDING
<br />PREZONING FOR "CITY OF
<br />COLTON ANNEXATION WEST
<br />28".
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
<br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />COLTON AS FOLLOWS:
<br />SECTION ONE: The City Council
<br />finds and declares:
<br />1. That a public hearing has been
<br />duly and legally held by the Plan-
<br />ning__COmm_ission of The City of
<br />Colton Prezoning for "City of
<br />Colton Annexation West 28" as
<br />provided in Government Code Title
<br />7, Chapter 4, Article 2, Section 65859.
<br />2. That said Planning Commission
<br />has recommended the amendment
<br />to Sections 303 and 304 of Ordinance
<br />964 as amended for certain zone
<br />classifications of certain parcels of
<br />land.
<br />3. That said parcels and zone
<br />classifications are delineated and
<br />appropriately shown and for con-
<br />venience are referenced indexed on
<br />the map on file in the City Clerk's
<br />office numbered as follows:
<br />Zoning Map 4816-12,
<br />Index No. A 5-72.
<br />Zone Classification M 1,
<br />FP 2-M I.
<br />A. That a public hearing has been
<br />duly and legally held by the City
<br />Council on the aforesaid recom-
<br />mendation of the Planning COm-
<br />mission.
<br />SECTION TWO: The zone
<br />classifications herein above
<br />referred to are hereby approved and
<br />the Planning Director is hereby
<br />directed to amend the Official
<br />Zoning Maps of the City of Colton
<br />adopted by Ordinance No. 1323 in
<br />accordance herewith to show said
<br />approval and certify to the same.
<br />SECTION THREE: Effective
<br />Date. This Ordinance shall be in
<br />force and effective upon completion
<br />of City of Colton Annexation West 28.
<br />SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk
<br />shall certify to the passage of the
<br />Ordinance and shall cause the same
<br />to be published once in the Colton
<br />Courier, a weekly newspaper,
<br />hereby designated for the purpose.
<br />PASSED, ADOPTED and AP-
<br />PROVED this 5th day of December,
<br />1972.
