That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1323 be <br />amended to read as follows: <br />Zoning Maps. <br />Article III, Section 303, Ordinance No. 964 -- Official <br />The Official Zoning Maps shall consist of half sectional <br />maps numbered Official Zoning Maps 1 through 46 and 48 through 54. <br />SECTION 2. That Section 4 of Ordinance No. 1323 be <br />amended to read as follows: <br />Article XXV, Section 2502, Ordinance No. 964. <br />The half sectional maps designated, "The Official Zoning <br />Maps" and numbered 1 through 46 and 48 through 54, copies of which are on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Colton and certified by the <br />City Clerk are the "Official Zoning Maps" as provided in Ordinance No. 964, <br />Section 303 as amended. <br />SECTION 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in <br />force and effect thirty days after final passage. <br />SECTION 4. Publication. The City Clerk shall certify to the <br />adoption and cause the same to be published once in the Colton Courier. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED this 19th day of December, <br />1972. <br />ABE E.
