That a public hearing has been duly and legally <br />held by the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on a certain <br />amendment to Ordinance No. 964, as amended, pertaining to the use <br />of mobile homes/mobile offices, on November 11, and December 12,7972. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the <br />adoption of the proposed amendment by adding to Article XIV, Sec- <br />tion 1405A as follows: <br />ARTICLE XIV <br />USE OF MOBILE HOMES OR MOBILE OFFICES <br />SECTION 1405A. <br />Mobile Homes or Mobile Offices may be permitted upon <br />written request to the City Council subject to the following con- <br />ditions: <br />1. Plot Plan shall be submitted indicating location of <br />mobile home or office, parking, existing structures and uses on <br />property, landscaping plan and descriptive material or photograph <br />of mobile unit. <br />2. Proposed use of trailer. <br />3. Temporary use shall be permitted for not more than <br />three (3) months, provided, at the end of said three (3) months <br />period, if construction was commenced on a permanent structure, <br />said mobile home or office may continue to be used until the <br />
