That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Colton on Prezoning for "City of Colton <br />Annexation South 26" as provided in Government Code Title 7, Chapter 4, <br />Article 2, Section 65859. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the <br />amendment to Sections 303 and 304 of Ordinance 964 as amended for certain <br />zone classifications of certain parcels of land. <br />3. That said parcels and zone classifications are delineated <br />and appropriately shown and for convenience are referenced indexed on the <br />maps on file in the City Clerk's office numbered as follows: <br />Zoning Maps 35 - 36, Index No. A-1-73 <br />Zone Classification M-1 <br />4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the <br />City Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning Commission. <br />SECTION TWO: The zone classification herein above referred <br />to is hereby approved and the Planning Director is hereby directed to amend <br />the Official Zoning Maps of the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance No. 1420 <br />in accordance herewith to show said approval and certify to the same. <br />SECTION THREE: Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in <br />force and effective upon completion of City of Colton Annexation South 26. <br />SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage <br />
