BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTO SECTION ONE: The City Council finds and declares: 1. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone District Amendment application to amend Sections 303 and 304 of Ordinance No. 964, as amended. 2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the adoption of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of certain parcels of land in accordance with and pursuant to said application. 3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended action appropriately shown and for convenience is referenced indexed on the maps on file in the City Clerk's office numbered as follows: Zoning Maps 24, 25, 29, 30, Index No. A-4-73 Change an M-1 Zone to an M -1-X Zone Change an R-1 Zone to a R -3-X Zone Change an R-1 Zone to a C-2 -X Zone Change a C-2 Zone to a C -2-X Zone 4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the City Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning Commission. SECTION TWO: The zone reclassifications herein above referred to arehereby approved and the Planning Director is hereby directed to amend the Official Zoning Maps of the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance No. 1420 in accordance herewith to show said approval and certify to the same. SECTION THREE: Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in force and effective thirty (30) days after final passage. SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
