<br />at all the times herein mentioned had and still
<br />has a bona fide subscription list of paying sub-
<br />scribers, and which newspaper has been estab-
<br />lished, printed and published at regular intervals
<br />in the said City of Colton, State of California,
<br />County of Son Bernardino, for a period exceeding
<br />one year next preceding the date of publication of
<br />the notice hereinafter referred to; and which news-
<br />paper is not devoted to nor published for the in-
<br />terests, entertainment or instruction of a particular
<br />class, profession, trade, calling, race, or denomin-
<br />ation, or any number of same; that the notice, of
<br />which the annexed is a printed copy, has been
<br />published in each regular and entire issue of said
<br />newspaper and not in any supplement thereof on

<br />Notice is hereby given that the
<br />City Council of the City of Colton will
<br />hold a public hearing in the Council
<br />Chambers in the City Hall on
<br />Tuesday, March 20, 1973, at 7:30
<br />p.m., to consider the following
<br />matter:
<br />Zone Change (Index No. A-4-73)
<br />requested by Mr. Clyde Cooley,
<br />and Planning Commission
<br />initiated, to change zones from
<br />M-1 to M -1-X, R-1 to R -3-X, R-1
<br />to C -2-X, and C-2 to C -2-X, on
<br />property shown on Zoning Maps
<br />24, 25, 29, and 30. General
<br />Location: (1) South of Cooley
<br />Lane, east of Mt. Vernon
<br />Avenue; (2) South of Reche
<br />Canyon Wash and west of the
<br />Riverside Freeway, Planning
<br />Commission Resolution No. 730.
<br />Any interested person may appear_
<br />in-person or by agent and be heard.

<br />persons may be filed with the City
