The City may contract with the subdivider or the <br />land developer for the construction of the bridge and reimburse the subdivider <br />or land developer for the cost of constructing the facility. <br />Section 10. The City may establish an area of benefit and may <br />impose a reasonable charge on property within the area which is found by <br />the City Council of the City of Colton is benefited by the construction of the <br />bridge. The charge collected shall be paid to the City or the subdivider <br />constructing the bridge and the City may enter into a reimbursement agreement <br />with the subdivider. <br />Section 11. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in force <br />and effective thirty (30) days after final passage. <br />Section 12. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of <br />this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the Colton <br />Courier, a weekly newspaper, hereby designated for the purpose. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 17th day of <br />July , 1973. <br />ATTEST: <br />gv�� a. <br />HELEN A.
