as follows: <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. <br />RELATING TO SUBDIVISIONS AND <br />CONDOMINIUM PROJECTS <br />The City Council of the City of Colton does hereby ordain <br />Section 1. Section <br />relating to subidivisions is amended to read as follows: <br />Section P.-- Subdivisions <br />The term"subdivision"shall have the meaning ascribed to it <br />by the provisions of Sections 11535; 11535. 1 and 11535.2 of the State <br />Business and Professions Code (Subdivision Map Act), provided <br />further that pursuant to the provisions of Section 11540. 1 of the State aPedrrPPu>d <br />Business and Professions Code, and to, the extent authorized thereby, <br />any division of land into two (2) or more parcels, lots okbuilding <br />sites, and any condominium project containing two (2) or more condo- <br />miniums, whether the project is to be constructed or involves the <br />conversion of an existing structure, shall be processed in the same <br />manner as a "subdivision". <br />Any deed of conveyance, sale or contract made contrary <br />to the provisions of this chapter is voidable to the extent and in the <br />o.F Ce `d <br />same manner as provided by the StatefSubdivisionMap Act. <br />Section 2. (Section <br />Ordinance <br />is amended by adding <br />relating to condominium projects to read as follows:) <br />Section Authority <br />Of <br />This article is enacted pursuant to the authority contained <br />in Sections 11525 and 11535. 1 of t,@- Business and Professions <br />Code. Its provisions shall apply to subdivisions involving condo- <br />minium projects as set forth and defined in Section above. <br />-1- <br />
