That said Planning Commission has recommended that <br />Article XIV, Section 1405A (3) be amended to read as follows: <br />ARTICLE XIV <br />USE OF MOBILE HOMES OR MOBILE OFFICES <br />SECTION 1405A <br />Mobile Homes or Mobile Offices may be permitted upon <br />written request to the City Council subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. Plot Plan shall be submitted indicating location of <br />mobile home or office, parking, existing structures and uses on <br />property, landscaping plan and descriptive material or photograph <br />of mobile unit. <br />2. Proposed use of trailer. <br />3. Temporary use shall be permitted for not more than <br />six (6) months, provided, at the end of said six (6) months <br />period, if construction was commenced on a permanent structure, <br />said mobile home or office may continue to be used until the <br />permanent structure is completed, provided said additional time <br />shall not exceed one (1) year. <br />
