1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6I <br />7 <br />8 <br />9' <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19', <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />29 <br />30 <br />31 <br />32 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1436 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 964, AS AMEND- <br />ED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1422, PERTAINING <br />TO THE USE OF MOBILE HOMES/MOBILE OF- <br />FICES. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of <br />Colton as follows: <br />SECTION ONE: The City Council finds and declares: <br />to That a public hearing has been duly and legally <br />held by the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on a <br />certain amendment to Ordinance No. 964, as amended, pertaining <br />to the use of mobile homes/mobile offices, on July 24, 1973. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended that <br />Article XIV, Section 1405A (3) be amended to read as follows: <br />ARTICLE XIV <br />USE OF MOBILE HOMES OR MOBILE OFFICES <br />SECTION 1405A <br />Mobile Homes or Mobile Offices may be permitted upon <br />written request to the City Council subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. Plot Plan shall be submitted indicating location of <br />mobile home or office, parking, existing structures and uses on <br />property, landscaping plan and descriptive material or photograph <br />of mobile unit. <br />2. Proposed use of trailer. <br />3. Temporary use shall be permitted for not more than <br />six (6) months, provided, at the end of said six (6) months <br />period, if construction was commenced on a permanent structure, <br />said mobile home or office may continue to be used until the <br />permanent structure is completed, provided said additional time <br />shall not exceed one (1) year. <br />
