That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by <br />the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone District Amendment <br />application to amend Sections 303 and 304 of Ordinance No. 964, as amended. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the <br />adoption of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of certain <br />parcels of land in accordance with and pursuant to said application. <br />3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended <br />action appropriately shown and for convenience is reference indexed on the <br />map on file in the City Clerk's office numbered as follows: <br />4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by <br />the City Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning Commission. <br />SECTION TWO: The zone reclassification herein above <br />referred to is hereby approved and the Planning Director is hereby directed to <br />amend the Official Zoning Maps of the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance <br />No. 1420 in accordance herewith to show said approval and certify to the same. <br />SECTION THREE: Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in <br />force and effective thirty (30) days after final passage. <br />SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage <br />of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the Colton <br />
