BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: SECTION ONE: The City Council finds and declares: 1. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone District Amendment application to amend Sections 303 and 304 of Ordinance No. 964, as amended. 2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the adoption of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of certain parcelsof land in accordance with and pursuant to said application. 3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended action appropriately shown and for convenience is referenced in- dexed on the maps on file in the City Clerk's office numbered as follows : Zoning Maps 15, 19, 22, 23, 24, 27, 28, 29, Index No. A-9-73 Change an R-1 Zone to FP -1 and FP -2/R-1 Zones Change an M-1 Zone to FP -2/M-1 Zone Change an M-2 Zone to FP -2/M-2 Zone 4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held Eby the City Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning I Commis s ion . SECTION TWO: The zone reclassifications herein above referred to are hereby approved and the Planning Director is here- by directed to amend the Official Zoning Maps of the City of Coltor. �jadopted by Ordinance No. 1420 in accordance herewith to show said !approval and certify to the same.
