Sign Required: <br />Every person, firm, co -partnership, association, or corporation <br />offering for sale or selling any gasoline or other motor vehicle fuel to the <br />public from any place of business in the City of Colton shall post or display a <br />sign, clearly visible to approaching vehicular traffic from any and all streets or <br />highways adjacent to such place of business, which indicates the actual price <br />per gallon, including all taxes, at which the grade or grades of gasoline or <br />other motor vehicle fuel is currently being offered for sale or sold on said place <br />of business. <br />SECTION 2. Availability of Fuel: <br />No person, firm, co -partnership, association, or corporation <br />shall advertise, either in connection with the sign required by Section 1. hereof <br />or otherwise any grade of gasoline or other motor fuel which is not immediately <br />available for sale to the public at said place of business. <br />SECTION 3. Limitations on Sale: <br />In the event there shall be a limitation upon the amount of <br />gasoline or other motor vehicle fuel sold, either by way of quantity or cost, <br />such limitations shall also be posted or displayed with and as a part of the <br />sign mentioned in Section 1. <br />SECTION 4. Letters and Figures: <br />All letters, figures, and numerals used in connection with the <br />sign mentioned herein shall be of uniform size and at least six inches in height <br />and the height shall not be more than twice the dimension of the width of each <br />
