The "PC" Planned Community Zone land use requlations <br />applyingto the properties delineated on the preceding maps are shown in <br />Exhibit "A" marked Index No. A-2-74 "Cooley Ranch Planned Community", and <br />certified by the Planning Director and City Clerk. A copy is on file in the <br />Planning Director's and City Clerk's Offices. <br />SECTION TWO: The zone reclassifications herein above <br />referred to are hereby approved and the Planning Director is hereby directed to <br />amend the Official Zoning Maps of the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance No. <br />1420 in accordance herewith to show said approval and certify to the same. <br />SECTION THREE: Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in <br />force and effective thirty (30) days after final passage. <br />SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage <br />of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the Colton <br />Courier, a weekly newspaper, hereby designated for the purpose. <br />ATTEST: <br />T <br />HELEN A.
