That a public hearing has been duly and legally <br />held by the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone <br />District Amendment application to amend Sections 303 and 304 of <br />Ordinance No. 9641 as amended. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the <br />adoption of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification <br />of certain parcels of land in accordance with and pursuant to said <br />application. <br />3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended <br />action appropriately shown and for convenience is referenced in- <br />dexed on the maps on file in the City Clerk's office numbered as <br />follows: <br />Zoning Map 23, Index No. A-4-74 <br />Change an M-1 zone to an M-2 zone <br />4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held <br />by the City Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Plannin <br />Commission. <br />SECTION TWO: The zone reclassifications herein above <br />referred to are hereby approved and the Planning Director is here- <br />by directed to amend the Official Zoning Maps of the City of Colto <br />adopted by Ordinance No. 1420 in accordance herewith to show said <br />approval and certify to the same. <br />
