<br />County of Son Bernardino, for a period exceedinc
<br />one year next preceding the date of publication of
<br />the notice hereinafter referred to; and which news.

<br />terests, enteriumment or instruction of a particula
<br />class, profession, trade, calling, race, or denomin

<br />ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
<br />COLTON WHICH HAVE BEEN
<br />RENDERED OBSOLETE
<br />THROUGH CODIFICATION
<br />PROCEDURES
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
<br />COUNCIL OF COLTON,
<br />CALIFORNIA:
<br />SECTION 1. The City of Colton
<br />having contracted with Book
<br />Publishing Company for
<br />Codification of City Ordinances, has
<br />received and carefully reviewed the
<br />Ordinance Analysis and Report
<br />from Book Publishing Company.
<br />SECTION 2. The Ordinance
<br />Analysis and Report recommended
<br />specific ordinances be repealed for
<br />the following reasons:
<br />a. City regulations are invalid
<br />because the state has preempted the
<br />field of regulation on certain
<br />subjects.
<br />b. Some City ordinances are now
<br />obsolete due to age (date of
<br />adoption) and -or have been
<br />superseded by updated City
<br />ordinances.
<br />SECTION 3. The following
<br />ordinances and -or sections thereof
<br />are hereby specifically repealed:
<br />Ordinance No. 234 Codification of
<br />City of Colton Ordinances, adopted
<br />October 1, 1907, Codes 15, 16, 17, 25,
<br />30, 62, 64, 72, 80, 90, 91, 92, 96, 97, 98,
<br />and 129.

<br />Ordinance No. 313 - Sidewalk and
<br />Curb Construction,
