Any person violating any of the provisions or failing to <br />comply with any of the mandatory requirements of the ordinances of the City <br />of Colton, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Except in cases where a different <br />punishment is prescribed by any ordinance of the City of Colton, any person <br />convicted of a misdemeanor under the ordinances of Colton shall be punished <br />by a fine or not more than $300.00, or by imprisonment not to exceed ninety <br />days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. <br />Each such person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and <br />every day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of the <br />ordinances of Colton is committed, continued or permitted by any such person, <br />and he shall be punished accordingly. <br />SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published and become effective <br />as provided by law. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED this 18th day of June, 1974. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
