Affidavit of Publication 123 cb 3 proofs sap ORDINANCE NO. 1455 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA ADOPTING A GENERAL PENALTY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Any person violating any of the provisions or failing to comply with any of the mandatory requirements of the ordinances of the City of Colton, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Except in cases where a -different punishment is prescribed by any ordinance of the City of Colton, any person convicted of a misdemeanor under the ordinances of Colton shall be punished by a fine or not more than $300.00, or by imprisonment not to exceed ninety days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each such person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of the ordinances of Colton is committed, continued or permitted by any such person, and he shall be punished accordingly.
