ORDINANCE NO. 1458 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMfXDING ORDINANCE NO. 412 <br />The City Council of the City of Colton does ordain as follows: <br />SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 412, Section 104G be amended to <br />read: <br />For Collection and Disposal of Refuse - Every permit holder will <br />obtain a business license from the Business License Officer as <br />required by Ordinance No. 1457. The tax for such license shall be <br />One Hundred Dollars ($100) per year per vehicle used within the <br />City of Colton in the business for such collection and/or disposal <br />of refuse. <br />SECTION II. That Ordinance No. 1083 and any ordinances or parts of <br />ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION III. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this <br />Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in the Colton Courier, a <br />newspaper of general circulation in the City of Colton. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS day of , 1974. <br />MAYOR <br />ATTEST: <br />CITY CLERK <br />
