1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />29 <br />30 <br />31 <br />32 <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1463 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON, PROVIDING FOR THE LEVY <br />AND COLLECTION OF TAXES FOR MUNICIPAL USES <br />TO BE LEVIED AND COLLECTED BY THE COUNTY <br />OF SAN BERNARDINO. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES ORDAIN <br />SECTION ONE: That all assessments hereinafter made in the <br />City of Colton for taxes for municipal purposes shall be made by the County <br />Assessor of the County of San Bernardino, State of California. <br />SECTION TWO: This ordinance is for the immediate preservation <br />of the public peace, health and safety and shall take effect immediately <br />upon its lawful adoption. <br />The facts constituting the urgency thereof are as follows: <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to the general laws of the <br />State of California for levying municipal taxes to provide for the maintenance <br />of the various governmental functions which preserve the public health and <br />safety in the City of Colton. <br />SECTION THREE: That a certified copy of the ordinance shall <br />be filed with the auditor of the County of San Bernardino, State of California. <br />PASSED,, ADOPTED and APPROVED this 27th day of August, <br />1974. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
