<br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
<br />CITY OF COLTONZ FIXING THE 1974-75 TAX
<br />RATE FOR THE CITY OF COLTON.
<br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES ORDAIN
<br />AS FOLLOWS:
<br />SECTION ONE: That the amount necessary to be raised by
<br />taxation upon taxable property in the City of Colton as a revenue to carry on
<br />the various departments of said City for the current year 1974-75 and to pay
<br />the bonded indebtedness of said City and the expense of collecting such
<br />amount basing said rate upon the total value of the property within said City
<br />as heretofore reported by the County Auditor of the County of San Bernardino
<br />to the City Council of said City is hereby fixed as follows:
<br />For the City of Colton exclusive of South Colton Annexation
<br />Districts Nos. 5, 7, 8, 9, lot 11, 12, 13, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24,
<br />26, and 27; East Colton 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22,
<br />23, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28; West Colton 16, 18, 21, 22, 23, 25, 26, 27 and
<br />28; and North Colton 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9, the amount of One Dollar and eighty-
<br />two cents ($ 1.82) upon each One Hundred Dollars made up as follows:
