That Section 5(a), Improvements and Dedica- <br />tions, of Ordinance No. 1449, adopting the Uniform Building Code, <br />1973 Edition, Volume I, Volume II Mechanical, Volume III Housing, <br />Volume IV Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, Volume V Signs, and <br />Appendices thereto appertaining, be amended to read as follows: <br />Installation of all off-site improvements, including <br />curbs, gutters, sidewalks, street trees, street lights, paving <br />of streets and alleys, as may be required and connection to <br />utilities, in accordance with City of Colton standards and speci- <br />fications in and on all street frontages of the lot or lots to <br />be used in conjunction with the building to be constructed or <br />improved; <br />That the foregoing shall apply to all areas within the <br />City of Colton, with the exception of that tract known as <br />Tract No. 6610, which shall be exempt from sidewalks only. <br />SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published and be- <br />come effective as provided by law. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED this 15th day of October, <br />1974. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
