The City Attorney is forthwith directed to institute and cause <br />to be instituted the action ordered by Article 3, supra. <br />5. The area affected hereby is located in the County of San <br />Bernardino, State of California, and is described as follows: <br />All of Lots 152, 163 to 165, 168 to 170, 179 to 181, 184 to <br />186, 195 to 197, 200 to 202 and 211 to 213, together with the East one-half <br />of Lots 153, 194, 203 of the map of the Town of Rialto and Adjoining Subdivisions <br />in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per map recorded in Map <br />Book 4, Page 11, Records of said County, together with those portions of the <br />following described streets as shown on said map of the Town of Rialto and <br />Adjoining Subdivisions; Pepper Avenue, Randall Avenue, Acacia Avenue, Sycam <br />Avenue, Manning Avenue (now known as San Bernardino Avenue), Colton Avenue <br />(portions now known as Valley Boulevard), and Eucalyptus Avenue, together <br />with that portion of Valley Boulevard now of record, lying within the following <br />described land: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the original Colton Avenue and <br />Pepper Avenue; thence North along the center line of Pepper Avenue to the inter- <br />section of Randall Avenue; thence West along the center line of Randall Avenue <br />to the West line of the East half of said Lot 153; thence South along the West <br />line of the East half of Lot 153 to the North line of Lot 164; thence West along <br />the North line of Lots 164 and 163 to the intersection of the Westerly prolonga- <br />tion of said North line of Lot 163 and the center line of Sycamore Avenue; thence <br />South along the center of Sycamore Avenue and Sycamore Avenue abandoned to <br />the intersection with the Easterly prolongation of the North line of Lot 194; <br />a-1., ---- Inr__4--.1.-,.... --. 4 _,.,A �mird TTnr+h lino of Tn+ IQ +n +hA UTact <br />
